Great Quality and sleek looking
I really love the look of this product and it fit perfectly in my drawer. I have an older kitchen where the drawers are not very deep. I was a little concerned with being able to get my drawer closed but thanksfully it did! If it had any more height to it this wouldn’t have worked for my space. It’s nice and sturdy and appears of good quality. I only wish my drawer was wider so I could expand it more.

Looks nice, customization, and utilization of space
Looks great & allows customization of utensils for optimal storage.Only minor flaws that aren’t worth removing a star for are listed below:1. The top horizontal section above the 5 utensil slots has a gap on bottom which causes the butter knifes to slide under the section divider. I’ve tried putting objects in that section to prevent them from sliding under but things move around when the drawer is open/closed so often.2. Although they come with stickers to place on bottom to prevent sliding, it still slides. Even when I put rarely used utensils in the back to keep the organizer pushed forward, it also moves around.Easy fixes by changing/rearranging items or using a different method to keep the organizer from sliding around.

Appears to be well-built. The expansion feature is very useful, and the partitions to hold silverware and other items are easily deep enough for a serving of eight. Very satisfied.

Sturdy and Simple, and Fits
The width and height fits in my silverware drawer perfectly. It looks so much nicer than the plastic organizers. The bamboo is nice and smooth, and feels sturdy.**Edit after 2 weeks of use**–Both sides of the organizer split apart. I had to glue it back together. So for durability alone, I would give this 3 stars. It is holding up well after the repair but use caution if you are loading this thing up with heavy silverware and knives.

Arrived in excellent condition. The package even survived a recent heavy rain at my door. Unit is encased in plastic. Extended out to the width of my drawer easily and held everything I had in my ugly plastic silverware keeper. Looks classy and neat. I have service for 12 and the silverware fits best on its side. So glad I ordered it.
