FAILED – NO Customer support or warranty
1-year review: Installed 8 lights. 7months 1st failed at 9 months 2nd failed. Contacted LightDot via web and told to submit pictures, which I did. They ghosted me. Buyer beware NO CUSTOMER support, 5-year warranty is obviously not supported. Our engineer determined LED driver is the component that failed.

The Lights Are Right On!
We have a commercial building that had six very old security wall lights. Some were working and some were not, using to much power. We replaced them with these LED wall pack lights. Now we have better lighting at a lower power usage. The power savings should cover the cost of replacement in less than a year of use.
