Worth the Two-Hour Battle — Absolutely Love This Couch
This thing was a pain to put together. To be fair, the tools I used probably didn’t help, and the ones that came with it were even worse, so assembly was a struggle. It took me about two hours, and by the time I finished, it was already dark — which is why all my photos are taken at night.But once it was finally together? I absolutely love it.You’ll see in my pictures my beloved old wicker two-seater that I’ve had for about ten years. Yes, I was still sitting on that thing. This new couch is such an upgrade. It’s very comfortable, the seat height is great, and the cushions — both the back and the seat — are genuinely comfy.For size reference, I’m 5’1” and 115 pounds, and I can sit cross-legged on one seat with no problem at all. And my dog, who used to squeeze in with me on the old couch, loves it too. He’s about 100 pounds and now finally has room to sit on his own spot.Overall, despite the rough assembly process, this couch was totally worth it. I’m really happy with it.

It was a gift for my wife. It took me about forty five minutes to put it together. It was relatively simple. I used a ratchet Allen wrench to speed up the assembly of the couch. It is very lightweight but sturdy. I’m very tall and I still found the couch to be quite comfortable. I would buy it again if I needed another couch like this.

Got something different
I ordered this blue sofa because it matches the existing blue patio swivel rockers I have on the front porch of my workshop. What I received was 2 individual rockers with white cushions and a black side table. I sent it back and asked that what I ordered be delivered to me. A week later, I received another set of white cushioned rockers – so I guess I’ll go ahead and give a review of them.These are your typical aluminum alloy and plastic “rattan” patio seats. They are pretty easy to assemble – just be sure to start the bolts with your fingers to avoid cross-threading the captive nuts. The set I got has white cushions (a pretty poor choice for outdoor furniture – good luck keeping it looking at all clean) with light tan plastic “rattan” seats, backs and the shelf portion of the table. The cushion fabric is of average quality, and I’ve elected to keep the plastic bags on the cushions to try to keep them from getting filthy the first day out. Since the colors of the cushions and rattan do not match the set on the front porch of my workshop, I’ve placed this set on the back porch. Since they will be under cover all the time, I am hopeful to get 3 or 4 years out of the set before the cushions need replacement. When that happens, I’ll likely spray paint the “rattan” brown to match my existing set and replace the white cishions with some blue ones.The seats are surprisingly wide, but not really all that comfortable. I would have preferred the 3 seat couch that was pictured, but I’m sure that these rockers will be of some use.
