Excellent Video Doorbell – Easy Setup, Great Picture Quality, and Long Battery Life!
I recently installed the Blink Video Doorbell (newest model), and I couldn’t be more impressed! The HD video quality is crystal clear, and I love the head-to-toe view that lets me see not only who’s at my door but also the area around it.The battery life is amazing – I’ve had it up and running for a couple of months, and it still shows a full charge. I appreciate that it lasts up to two years on a single charge, so I don’t have to worry about constantly recharging.The setup was super easy, thanks to the included Sync Module Core. It synced with my phone and the app quickly, and I had everything up and running within minutes.Additionally, the fact that it’s eligible for return or replacement through January 31, 2026 gives me peace of mind in case anything goes wrong.Overall, this is an excellent product that delivers great value, security, and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Very nice doorbell
Functions perfectly. Gets vehicle, person and motion detection notifications. So you know what’s what in front of your door. Ease of use especially with Amazon echo devices with a screen and Alexa. Can be installed into using your original doorbell too. So your chime doesn’t have to be just your phone going off when someone rings your doorbell. Mounting is easy with blink’s adding device instructions on the app. Even though it does connect to your original doorbell, it still needs batteries to be functional. It is weather capable and more durable, not like those cheap TEMU doorbells. Great picture quality. Fully recommended

Works great. Much better than my old Blink. I’m curious to see if the battery life is really as good as it says though. I had bought a solar panel for my previous one and my kid tripped over the wire (mind you it was not laying on the open lol so we dont know how he managed it) and the doorbell came off the wall and never worked again.I was excited to find this on sale. Made it affordable and worth it to replace my old doorbell especially since it comes with a sync module. I’d wanted one before but never found the extra budget to justify it. It works beautifully. Integrated with my Alexa to turn on my porch Light with motion detection. I like that you can turn off motion detection for animals. My cats are notorious for wanting to be outside at night and they have to go on the porch and set off the doorbell. The 2 way talk is nice when I need to tell my kids to stop fussing or messing around when they’re waiting for the bus and it’s not too bad of a lag time or delay. Easy to install, app is easy enough to figure out. My only problem is that teh batteries it came with were dead lol.

Affordable and decent video doorbell
Got it on sale on prime day. Set up is easy and quick. It’s a video doorbell but I use it as security camera for my backyard. The image quality is much better than the blink cameras. The access time is OK, takes some moment for image to come up. There’s some lag time when the motion is detected. This is mounted in a place which is not directly affected by weather, so hopefully it’ll last much longer. There’re 2 things that I need to mention here: One: to charge the battery you need to remove 2 cover plates to access to battery and Two: there’s a small gap between wall-mount plate and camera body. Water might get inside during heavy rain. It’s affordable and decent camera to use around the house.

solid upgrade from the previous generation
I recently upgraded to the new Blink Doorbell (2nd Gen), and the improvements are noticeable right away. The video quality is clearer and brighter, especially in low light, and the motion detection feels more accurate than the first generation.Setup was quick — the app recognized the device immediately, and connecting it to Wi-Fi took less than a minute. The notifications come through fast, and two-way audio is much clearer than before. I also like that the doorbell works smoothly whether you use it wired or wireless.The battery life has been good so far, even with frequent motion alerts. The new design also looks a bit more modern on the front door.Overall, this feels like a solid and worthwhile upgrade. If you’re already in the Blink ecosystem or looking for an easy-to-use smart doorbell, this one works really well.
