Does the sofa require self-assembly, and will the installation process be difficult?
We will provide you with a very detailed instruction manual and corresponding installation video, so you won’t need to worry about how to assemble the sofa. We recommend using power tools for installation, as this can speed up the process.
How will this sofa be delivered? We would like to know if the sofa can fit through our doorway.

I ordered the U-shape three seat sofa and it is missing 2 pieces of N to complete the couch.
The two missing parts N you mentioned should be placed inside part H. We have sent you a schematic diagram, please check it.

Kid and pet friendly while being comfy and affordable
So far so good… Couch was fairly easy to put together. “Bones” seem strong. Cushions are very cushy and overall very comfortable. Kids already got some yogurt on a cushion but wiped off fairly easily. Seems pretty easy to clean.. I just plop off the cushions and all the dirt falls out to get vacuumed. Love that the bottom doesn’t have cloth to catch all the dirt and need to be vacuumed in every crevice. Size is good. My 6’2″ husband can rest his back easily which was a problem with the former set we had. Fits the bill for being washable, tall back, comfy, and super affordable! No complaints so far.

Great couch!
We bought this for my folks’ living room, and they LOVE it. It’s elegant and so comfortable. It was easy for us to assemble ourselves, and it’s so cozy, we’re thinking of purchasing one for our home, too. We have two small dogs, and couch is durable, and the material is easy to clean. Highly recommend!

Not modular but great couch.
The couch itself is very comfortable and definitely has the soft, cloud-like feel I was looking for. The cushions are plush, supportive, and great for lounging. Overall quality and comfort are genuinely good, and it looks nice once assembled. That said, I am disappointed because the sofa is not truly modular, which was the primary reason I purchased this item. It was advertised as a modular, reconfigurable sectional, but the main seating base is a single solid metal frame, which means the pieces cannot be rearranged or reconfigured as shown. Even after receiving all packages and fully assembling the couch, the structure does not allow for modular flexibility. If you’re specifically buying this for a modular layout that can be rearranged, this may not meet your expectations. If comfort is your top priority and you don’t need true modular flexibility, this couch may still work well for you. However, I recommend clarifying the modular design before purchasing.

Beyond impressed, exceptional pricing
If there are other sofas online at this price, maybe having something already assembled would be my only feedback to choose differently.Size comfort and durability perfect for my office. Easy to assemble with clear directions but there are a lot of pieces. My U-shaped sofa w 2 ottomans came in only 2 heavy boxes. Luckily I had a dolly to roll them into the room. If you have another person it’s a heavy 2 person lift.Something incredibly helpful – high quality assembly tools were included! No plain Jane Allen wrench construction. There was a mallet and long arm allen. I will be putting “extra” felt circles in the bottom to protect the floors, but rubber stickies were included as well. It will easily double as a sleep spot for a guest.

This is, without exaggeration, one of the worst furniture purchases I have ever made.I bought this sofa because the color looked nice. That is the only positive thing about it. Everything else about this couch is terrible. I would not pay $200 for it. I would not pay $100 for it. Honestly, I wouldn’t take it for free knowing what I know now.Assembly took time, but that is irrelevant compared to how bad the quality is. I truly believed I was going to like this couch. I was completely wrong.Let’s start with the ottomans. They look like they should have storage. They do not. No storage whatsoever.Now the cushions — which are the main reason this sofa is unusable. Instead of proper foam like any normal, decent couch, the cushions are filled with some kinda balls of some kind. Whoever approved this material for a sofa should never design furniture again.When you sit down, the couch immediately sinks. The filling shifts to one side, creating huge lumps and empty spots. After sitting for just a short time, the cushions completely lose their shape. The couch looks sloppy, uneven, and cheap.Every single day — EVERY DAY — I have to remove the cushions, shake them aggressively, hit them, and manually redistribute the filling just to make the couch look somewhat acceptable. If I don’t do this constantly, all the filling stays bunched up in one spot and the sofa looks awful.The back cushions are just as bad. They slowly collapse downward the longer you sit, until they look like a saggy bag of stuffing. It is ugly, uncomfortable, and unacceptable for a product being sold as a sofa.The instructions say to let the cushions expand for three days after assembly. I followed this exactly. It did absolutely nothing. The problem is the material itself — not the setup.On top of all that, the sofa MOVES. If you sit down, if more than one person sits, or if you rest your feet on the ottoman, the sofa and ottaman slowly slide across the floor. I had to buy anti-slip pads just to keep it from moving. This should not be necessary.Yes, the covers are washable. That is literally the only redeeming feature. Even then, it’s poorly designed. The seat cushion covers come in two separate pieces, making removal and reinstallation annoying and time-consuming. The back cushions don’t fully cover the back and leave awkward gaps near the armrests, making the couch look unfinished.This sofa looks cheap, feels cheap, and performs terribly. If zero stars were an option, I would give zero. If negative stars were possible, I would gladly give them.Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. This couch is not worth it. At all.

Ultra comfy couch
The couch was easy to assemble, was packed in 2 boxes and came with all the pieces labeled and easy to find. Sturdy enough to not feel flimsy but soft enough to be very comfortable. Fabric feels like a good quality and looks luxurious. Couch fits my living space and was perfect for what we needed. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

UNA ESTRELLA PARA EL VENDEDOR. me mandó el color equivocado y tuve que quedarme con el color que no quería porque era muy complicado devolverlo. Y ME ENOJÉ MUCHÍSIMO PORQUE TENIA DISEÑADA LA CASA PARA EL COLOR DEL SOFÁ!! Yo lo compré beige y me llegó azul marino. Verifiquen con el vendedor!Tengo que decirles que el sofá es ESPECTACULAR y que vale mucho la pena comprarlo!! Es fácil de armar y los cojines se ponen así de grandes como en la foto.
