Does the cushion need to be assembled?
Yes. The cover and the foam are packaged separately, so you need to stuff the foam into the cover. This is easy and will not take much time.
How to make the foam bounce back to normal size?
a. Leave 1-2 days for the natural rebound.
b. Use a hair dryer at an appropriate distance.
c. Use a steam iron at an appropriate distance. After rebounding, place the foam in a shaded area to dry.

I ordered these outdoor chaise lounge mats to give our patio chairs a little refresh, and I’m really pleased with how they turned out. They made the loungers look and feel brand new.The padding is just right—not too thick, but definitely more comfortable than the bare chair. It makes a big difference if you’re lying out for a while reading or sunbathing. The fabric feels durable and doesn’t overheat in the sun, which is a big plus.I also like that the straps help keep the mats in place. We’ve had a few windy afternoons, and they stayed put without any issues. Shiny vinyl fabric!
This cushion appears to be well made but “waterproof” in this case is a rather shiny thin vinyl fabric. I should have known that the price was too good, so that’s on me. If you are looking for something that looks high end, look elsewhere.
