Nicely Made Chairs – and Very Comfortable
These chairs seem very well made- they’re quite sturdy, very comfortable and look beautiful! Putting them together was fairly easy – my husband did it alone, except when joining the seat portion to the base, it was helpful for me to help hold one part steady while he bolted on the other – but that could be done by one person if necessary. We’re very happy with these chairs!!

June 11, 2024 updated review (2 years later) At first glance, these look strudy and beautiful. But 4 months later, they started rusting and falling apart. (See below 1st review i wrote after just 4 months of usage. Now, almost 2 years later, Check out the video and pictures of how bad they are…Look at the rust! They are totally worthless and very unsafe. We have kept these covered and stored in the basement during winter months. The screws all rusted and falling out. Ball bearings have fallen out. Please be aware these are not sturdy built chairs. They last about 4 months outside before they start to rust.Dec. 17, 2022,(Review update 4 months later.) I am in shock at how fast these chairs have started to slowly fall apart. Please do not buy these things. The white rust of the nuts and bolts is one thing but even the foot bar comes off constantly and as mentioned before, the foot levelers / stablizers just break off after awhile from being moved back and forth over the patio cement. The screws have to be constantly tightened. Very poorly made. I will be replacing them (all 8) next summer for sure.I really wanted to like these. I bought 8 to replace the hightop chairs that originally came with our patio set 8 years ago. The assembly is very cumbersome. The tools they supply, small allen wrench and another small wrench, are useless. My hands were exhausted from using the Allen wrench. Never again will I buy something that has screws that require an Allen wrench to put together. There are no extra screws or bolts incase you misplace one. I have used the chairs for several months, (3 mts) several screws have loosen and fell out and have had to be replaced. We are constantly having to tighten the screws. Several screws in the bottom of the feet of the legs that you use to level the chairs have broken off. Pushing chairs back away from patio table over concrete is hard on this type footing. At this rate I feel that all of the bottom levelers will probably have to be replaced soon. Just not sturdy enough. The other problem. We have a saltwater pool. In just 3 months the screws and bolts are already showing white rust! I’m so dissatisfied with these chairs. If I could return them all, I would. Not worth the money. Shop around. Be sure to check the tools you’ll need to assembly and be sure if you plan to put next to a saltwater pool, even tho the description states the metal on the chairs are coated and protected and rust resistant, ask the question about the nuts and bolts. Are they too rust resistant? You would think they would be! The hightop bar stools I replaced had lasted us 8 years! At this rate this new replacement set will have to be replaced in a year or 2. Do your homework or you’ll regret buying these. They are very filmsy and light. Spend a little extra to get a heavier set that has nuts and bolts that are rust resistant.
