I love this pillow! Super soft memory foam. The appearance is so cute with the heart in the middle. The size is perfect it is my favorite pillow. Relieved my shoulder and neck pain. Very supportive. The quality is great. Came compressed in a small box. The hight is perfect from shoulder to head very comfortable

This thing works!
This works just as described. I find it much easier to sleep on my back and stay that way for must of the night. Even if I do roll over and sleep on my side, it is still very comfortable. It saves my neck and back from pain in the morning!

Well-made, supportive, smooth.
Great feel, well-made, but the area for the arm is kind of misleading in the photo, the indent isn’t deep enough to put your arm tucked into the side so I found it a bit awkward. Good support, holds its shape, glad I bought it, not entirely sure if it is helpful but it certainly isn’t harmful. No unpleasant scent, so that was a plus, too.

Pillow Relief
This pillow is great so happy that I got it. The fact that it has the cooling effect has been get from the size and shape. It has real help with my neck the functionality of it is wonderful. With trying to sleep in a comfort positions with my head and neck this has really done the trick. it does take the 24-48 to get in fill shape but it worth it.

Meh! Its ok.
Its a bit flatter than i expected. It does keep my head and neck cooler. Do not really notice much difference between the comfort level when sleeping on my side as compared to any other pillows.

Makes it a hot night
The shape and everything is great but whatever the pillow is made of just makes my neck sweat all night to the point it’s uncomfortable and I’m not a heavy sweater not a night sweater. I wish this had a cooling effect…
