Why did I not find the charging cable and remote control after opening the package?
The charging cable and remote control are stored inside the diffuser’s water tank. You need to open the top cover of the diffuser to access them.
Does the package include a power adapter?
No, the package does not include a power adapter, but it does come with a USB charging cable approximately 39.37 inches long. You must use your own power adapter (rated at 5V/2A or higher) with the diffuser.
Why doesn’t the diffuser work when plugged in?
This is caused by the machine operating at too low a current. Be sure to use a regular 5V2A power adapter.
Why did the diffuser stop working after a couple of fill ups?
Please make sure to avoid letting water flow into the air vents when adding water so that the machine does not work due to water ingress.
Can I use the diffuser without adding essential oils?
Sure. You can also use it as a humidifier without adding essential oils.

This diffuser ROCKS!!
I just received my new diffuser this am and so far, I am totally amazed. The colors are vivid, the amount of mist is much more than adequate. The remote is straight forward. I love it. Sooooo cozy looking. I like it so much, I think I am going to order another one for my elderly Mom for her tv room. Appears to be well constructed and set up was simple. By far, the best diffuser I’ve ever had.

Hard pass on buying.
Looked great for a couple days but the plastic top melted. Not from heat but some kind of chemical reaction. It just turned liquid and not from heat. It stopped working. As cool as it looks it’s not worth the trouble and health issues that can come from it.
