Great Value for a Secondary Vacuum
We picked this up as a secondary vacuum so we wouldn’t have to lug our heavier one up and down the stairs—and it’s been a great decision. For a budget-friendly option, it performs surprisingly well. Great vacuum but difficulty with emptying
I’ve purchased Eureka vacuums for 3 homes the last several years (in-laws), and these are very lightweight and powerful vacuums. My only complaint is that the emptying of the container has gotten more difficult than older models (of which I owned 2). There is a funnel now that is inside the debris collector, and hair gets wrapped around it. Since I have several family members with long hair, I find that I need to take scissors or a tool to cut or pull the hair out that has wrapped around the funnel. Instead of getting easier to clean, this newer version is now harder to use. The price is great, the power is great, it is lightweight, BUT every time I need to empty it, I question “why?”, why did they make it more difficult for me? I loved the older model (definitely 5 stars), but this is minorly irritating.

Cleaned the house in half the time — pleasantly surprised!
I bought this vacuum a few weeks ago and I’ve got to say — I’m impressed. It’s surprisingly lightweight (I’m not worried about lugging it upstairs anymore), but it still has really good suction. It handled both the hardwood floors and the thicker carpet in my living room without me switching machines. The height-adjust dial is a nice touch.Assembly was quick, the accessories (crevice tool, dusting brush, upholstery) are handy for corners/furniture, and emptying the dust cup is simple. Only minor thing: the cord could be a little longer for my big open space, but that’s not a deal-breaker. Overall — good value and solid pick for everyday use. Would recommend if you’re looking for a reliable vacuum that doesn’t feel like dragging a boulder.

Small (light) but as mighty as old trusty!!
Woww I am shocked at how well this works. I am very happy with my purchase. I have had an old trusty brand for about 10 years and I love it, but everything started breaking on it, it was still cleaning just the handles were breaking, anyways I was sad to even have to buy a new one and now I’m happy I did. Old trusty was great but this is light weight and has the same power. I wish I would have bought this when I was pregnant. My only complaint is the cord isn’t as long.Another huge bonus is my old one had a soft pad to clean at top of cylinder, this one I can completely clean with air compressor.

Great suction, cleans well on carpet and hardwood.
I love this vacuum. Powerful suction. Really cleaned my carpet well. Dog hair, no problem!!! I also like that when using it on hardwood floors it really cleaned! Often uprights do not do well on bare floors, usually just scatters the dust and debris but the suction is excellent in this machine and it cleaned really well. It’s light weight, easy to maneuver. I also like the foot pedal to turn on the vacuum. I hope you will like thes vacuum as much as I do.

Settings on the bottom. If you have trouble bending, this is not going to be a helpful vacuum.
I guees, you get what you pay for. I just used it and it’s okay, but I don’t like the way the handle has an opening and it just stays like that, like it’s missing a piece, Iooks weird. I didn’t pay attention that the setting were on the bottom I wanted them to be on handle like my old vacuum. I dislike bending over everytime I need to change setting. Also the on button is kinda hidden. It has a normal brusg and I like anti tangle. I messed up not payin attention to what I was getting. I needed a vacuum quick and rushed to buy. I mean sucking is good, it is def. Loud. The setting for carpet is too strong that I have a hard time vacuuming my mats and carpets as it rolles them and tangles them, messing my accent carpets with the suction, leaving them wrinkled and one burnt whe it tangled on the brush.

I am delighted with this vacuum. Not only was the price incredible for the product, it is very easy for me to assemble. It is powerful, works beautifully, is light weight and easy to maneuver, the attachments are on the vacuum and disposal of the debris it picks up is easy. If you’re in the market and especially don’t want to spend a fortune on a new vacuum, this is a great choice.

Lo único es que ya llevo 3 con esta, sacan hasta el alma en las alfombras, eso me encanta, y más que tengo un peroo y 3 gatos y pelos hay hasta donde no se imaginan, así que casi diario lo tengo que hacer, lo que si es que salen ya muy delicadas, cuidado si te salen piedras, fierros como algún tornillo, o algo parecido porque es cuando el motor empieza a dañarse y no hay manera de arreglarlas, las hacen casi casi desechables, es una pena porque Eureka por años ha tenido fama de muy buenas aspiradoras, solo cuidenla mucho no es para uso rudo.

Okay I’ll be honest, at first I was sceptical because I’d not heard of the brand before and the price point was so good. When it was delivered I definitely got a look from my partner about this random vacuum I bought off Amazon lol. HOWEVER, it took all of 3 minutes to put together and read the instruction papers, we then immediately gave it a go and let me tell you, this did not disappoint. We had a shark vacuum prior to this that crapped out on us after 2 years, I think it really struggled with the fur and dirt produced by our 3 fur babies. So something a little more heavy duty with good suction was a must.My partner and I were SHOCKED at how much dirt and fur this thing yanked out of the shag rug in our living room. I kind of wish I had taken a picture, it was that much. All doubt was gone after the first use, this is the real deal.I like that the height of the head can be adjusted for the type of surface you’re using it on, I think the people saying it’s difficult to push just may be forgetting to adjust it. The suction is obviously fantastic, and it’s very easy to take the container out to dispose of the dirt and clean it out. The one negative about it is the hose length- it needs to be longer! I was leaning down using the crevice tool and the vacuum fell on my head haha. So, needs much more length to actually be practical for use.I’ve used it several times since and can honestly say I’m still totally amazed by how much crap this pulls out of the rugs, I feel like we’ve been living in squalor this whole time and didn’t even know it, deceived by our old vacuum. Get this!

Powerful, affordable vacuum! Immediately after vacuuming our carpet with our old vacuum we tried the Eureka – amazing results as the Eureka picked up a lot more dirt! Highly recommended! One suggested improvement would be to add a light to this vacuum, otherwise a perfect product.
