I ordered the U-shape three seat sofa and it is missing 2 pieces of N to complete the couch.
The two missing parts N you mentioned should be placed inside part H. We have sent you a schematic diagram, please check it.

Kid and pet friendly while being comfy and affordable
So far so good… Couch was fairly easy to put together. “Bones” seem strong. Cushions are very cushy and overall very comfortable. Kids already got some yogurt on a cushion but wiped off fairly easily. Seems pretty easy to clean.. I just plop off the cushions and all the dirt falls out to get vacuumed. Love that the bottom doesn’t have cloth to catch all the dirt and need to be vacuumed in every crevice. Size is good. My 6’2″ husband can rest his back easily which was a problem with the former set we had. Fits the bill for being washable, tall back, comfy, and super affordable! No complaints so far.

Great couch!
We bought this for my folks’ living room, and they LOVE it. It’s elegant and so comfortable. It was easy for us to assemble ourselves, and it’s so cozy, we’re thinking of purchasing one for our home, too. We have two small dogs, and couch is durable, and the material is easy to clean. Highly recommend!

Not modular but great couch.
The couch itself is very comfortable and definitely has the soft, cloud-like feel I was looking for. The cushions are plush, supportive, and great for lounging. Overall quality and comfort are genuinely good, and it looks nice once assembled. That said, I am disappointed because the sofa is not truly modular, which was the primary reason I purchased this item. It was advertised as a modular, reconfigurable sectional, but the main seating base is a single solid metal frame, which means the pieces cannot be rearranged or reconfigured as shown. Even after receiving all packages and fully assembling the couch, the structure does not allow for modular flexibility. If you’re specifically buying this for a modular layout that can be rearranged, this may not meet your expectations. If comfort is your top priority and you don’t need true modular flexibility, this couch may still work well for you. However, I recommend clarifying the modular design before purchasing.

I am writing this review to warn other buyers about serious quality defects and the seller’s systematic refusal to honor legitimate returns for defective merchandise.**PRODUCT DEFECTS:**This sectional sofa arrived with multiple defects that render it completely unusable:1. **Structural Defect:** The frame contains an uneven component that compromises the stability and integrity of the furniture. This is a manufacturing defect affecting the structural soundness of the product.2. **Severe Comfort Failure:** The sofa causes physical pain and discomfort after only minutes of sitting. It is completely unusable as a seating surface.**FALSE ADVERTISING:**The product listing explicitly promises:- “Superior comfort and support”- “Promotes healthy sitting posture”- “Helps prevent discomfort and potential long-term health issues”The actual product delivered contradicts EVERY SINGLE ONE of these advertised claims. Instead of preventing discomfort as advertised, this sofa actively causes pain within minutes. This is material misrepresentation of product specifications.**RETURN NIGHTMARE – SELLER CREATES IMPOSSIBLE BARRIERS:**When I attempted to return this defective product following the seller’s own instructions (“contact us if dissatisfied”), I encountered systematic obstacles designed to prevent any return:**Day 1-2:** Seller requested photos of unopened packaging, then demanded photos of internal frame components**Day 3-4:** Seller demanded I disassemble the fully assembled furniture to photograph internal structural components**Day 5:** Seller demanded videos demonstrating the defect through external manipulation of the furnitureEach time I explained why these requirements were impossible or unreasonable (can’t photograph internal frame defects from exterior, can’t video record physical pain, disassembly is unreasonable), the seller simply escalated to a new impossible demand.**AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERVENTION – SELLER REFUSED TO COMPLY:**Amazon’s Customer Service team reviewed my complaint and intervened directly, sending the seller this message:*”The customer is unable to send pictures, the item is uncomfortable and the stability can only be seen before assembling the item. The item is assembled and picture won’t show the defect. UPS will not take the item. please provide a alternative option for a return (pickup) for a full refund.”*Amazon explicitly requested the seller provide pickup service for a full refund.**The seller completely ignored Amazon’s intervention** and continued demanding impossible video evidence as a precondition for return, stating: “Without such evidence, we cannot accept your return request, nor can we process any refund.”**THE VACUUM-SEALED TRAP:**The seller acknowledges in their communications that vacuum-sealed furniture cannot be returned to original packaging once assembled and used. They then use this inherent product limitation as justification for imposing extraordinary verification requirements before accepting returns.This creates an effective trap: they sell products that can’t be repackaged, then refuse returns on defective merchandise because items can’t be repackaged. Customers with defective products have no practical recourse.**SELLER’S BAD FAITH:**After multiple days of documented attempts to resolve this, providing extensive written documentation of specific defects, and receiving intervention from Amazon’s Customer Service team, the seller’s position remained unchanged: no return without impossible visual evidence.The seller claims they “have never refused a refund” while simultaneously stating they will only process returns “upon receipt of valid photo evidence” – evidence I’ve explained multiple times cannot demonstrate internal structural defects or subjective physical discomfort.**BOTTOM LINE:**- Product is structurally defective and unusable- Product fails to meet ANY advertised specification- Seller creates systematic barriers to prevent legitimate returns- Seller ignores Amazon Customer Service intervention- Return policy is designed to trap customers with defective merchandise**DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER.** They do not stand behind their products and will create impossible requirements to avoid honoring returns even when Amazon’s own customer service team intervenes on the buyer’s behalf.Save yourself the money, frustration, and wasted time. There are many other furniture sellers on Amazon who actually honor legitimate returns for defective products.

Beyond impressed, exceptional pricing
If there are other sofas online at this price, maybe having something already assembled would be my only feedback to choose differently.Size comfort and durability perfect for my office. Easy to assemble with clear directions but there are a lot of pieces. My U-shaped sofa w 2 ottomans came in only 2 heavy boxes. Luckily I had a dolly to roll them into the room. If you have another person it’s a heavy 2 person lift.Something incredibly helpful – high quality assembly tools were included! No plain Jane Allen wrench construction. There was a mallet and long arm allen. I will be putting “extra” felt circles in the bottom to protect the floors, but rubber stickies were included as well. It will easily double as a sleep spot for a guest.

Love it!
Absolutely love this couch, I was couch hunting for months and finally settled on this one. It did have an interesting (not bad) smell at first but it went away after a few hours which it states on a card in the box as well. It’s the most comfortable couch I’ve ever owned and it looks great in the space! It wasn’t that difficult to set up my husband and brother in law did it pretty quickly. The couch is a great size at least 5 people ca sit on it at a time. It’s very functional as well, the ottomans are movable so if you’re having movie night you can lounge together. On top of that their customer service is great, they respond super fast and will help with any issue you’re having (they have a 12 month warranty for manufacturing issues) 10/10 would recommend!!

UNA ESTRELLA PARA EL VENDEDOR. me mandó el color equivocado y tuve que quedarme con el color que no quería porque era muy complicado devolverlo. Y ME ENOJÉ MUCHÍSIMO PORQUE TENIA DISEÑADA LA CASA PARA EL COLOR DEL SOFÁ!! Yo lo compré beige y me llegó azul marino. Verifiquen con el vendedor!Tengo que decirles que el sofá es ESPECTACULAR y que vale mucho la pena comprarlo!! Es fácil de armar y los cojines se ponen así de grandes como en la foto.
