Simple, sturdy, great size, perfect!
I purchased two of these shelf units, one to store small framed artwork and various excess art supplies, and the other to organize various household items that need to be kept out of the way, but easy to find when needed. These shelves, along with several plastic storage containers purchased separately, have created a perfect storage solution for me. They were so easy to put together, I think each one took me maybe 15 minutes. No tools required but I did use a rubber mallet to tamp the shelves fully down onto their clips. After settling one shelf onto its clips, I noticed I had the clips in the wrong place on one side. It was no problem to tap the shelf up off the clips with the mallet, move the clips to the right place, then tap the shelf back down. I like that the shelves are lightweight, so if I decide to reconfigure my storage space, it’ll be easy to do. I plan to buy two more of these shelf units; they are a great product and so useful.

These shelves have made me a huge fan of Amazon Basics! Shelving units, even plastic, have become very expensive and I was shocked when shopping at Home Depot and Lowes. So I thought that I would look at what Amazon had, and these *gorgeous* shelves are perfect for me.They look so nice that I am using them to display my collection of Apple computers. They are very heavy, and I was concerned that the shelves wouldn’t hold or would bend a lot. They do not, and please look at the attached to see what I mean. I should probably weigh the stuff, but if you have picked up a PowerMac or iMac you get the idea. Those laptops with batteries weigh a bunch too.They have an ingenious assembly, with marked adjustments so getting the units to match was easy. The bits to lock the shelves work great, you can just slide them up but they lock in going down so they do not budge a bit when assembled. Easy and super-strong. Everything is top quality, holds the heavy stuff I have, and they *look great* Very “high tech” and modern. Certainly better than the ugly plastic ones that cost at least as much.I love them, will be buying more and I highly recommend them!

Great sturdy shelf!
I purchased this shelf for my aunt. She needed extra storage area. She was able to put it together herself. You think yeah that isn’t that big a deal until you realize she is seventy years old and isn’t that mobile. The shelf was delivered, and my son took it to her house on the way to work. He told her he would come back the next day and put it together for her. She did it herself and it only took about two hours. The quality and stability was good and it was delivered very quickly. I was well pleased with the item. It was a little wobbly, but you have to consider who put it together. I put a little pressure on some joiners, and it fixed the looseness in the item. It would have gotten a five except the box was damaged on delivery and a couple of the pieces was scuffed up. That didn’t really matter for what we needed it for. Great quality for a great price.

Very nice shelf for a good price
I really like this shelf! It was simpler to put up than I thought it would be. I’ll have to admit though – my friend had to help me a bit since I was a tad confused by the wordless instructions… my bad! But after she helped me, I was able to get it up myself.At first it seemed wobbly. So glad it has adjustable feet (the screw in part on each leg) because I think the floor in my basement is bumpy. So with a quick adjustment to one leg, the shelf was very stable. Structure seems very solid.For the price, I’m very pleased with the shelf. It fit well in a small part of my basement, and now I have a place for some of the larger kitchen tools like my blender or standup mixer. It came in a timely fashion and no pieces were missing. A good choice!

Fue útil para organizar mis cosas y soportó bien el peso de libros y cajas. Está bastante macizo el mueble y se ve de buena calidad. Llevo con el varios meses y estoy muy satisfecha con la compra. En cuanto a los dimensiones del mueble, es un poco más angosto que otros similares que he visto, pero en mi caso eso estuvo bien, ya que no tenía mucho espacio dónde ponerlo de cualquier modo.
