3 Inch Cooling Twin XL Gel Memory foam
So this 3-in cooling twin size gel memory foam showed up today I am very happy that I can say I’m laying on it right now now the regular mattress that’s so comfortable I just needed a little bit more softness I will say I’m really late the quality I’ve been laying here now for a couple of hours and I’ve noticed the heat level stays pretty cool so I feel cool I feel comfortable it’s a beautiful thing!I will have to say I’m looking at this and it seems pretty durable the quality feels very nice and I believe this is going to last me a good long time I got this for a daybed so that if I have I have more company or or you know the holidays are coming so I wanted to redo the the spare bedroom and I saw a daybed and I have a twin size mattress and I was like you know what I’ve always wanted one of those and this just seems to be perfect great value for the money and like I said I’m actually laying on it right now and I live alone so I mean I can lay in it if I want to so I might actually just stay right here all night long cuz I am just as comfortable as a pee in a pod.I will definitely reach back out I’ll try it a few more times here and there sleeping all night long like I said tonight I plan on sleeping in it all night long and we’ll try it out different times and see what I think about it as and also give you some more updates on the durability of it what I feel if it still deserves it’s five stars so far in my opinion it does it’s worth its weight and gold when you find yourself sleeping somewhere and you’re always uncomfortable just to find something that’s comfortable you just have no idea it’s the durability the comfort the quality so important.

It has drawbacks, but overall very comfortable
This mattress topper is, as described, on the firm side. It is also decidedly the full 3 inches in height; I find myself repeatedly smacking into it while I try to slide into bed. There are straps that secure it in place atop your mattress and so far, after 2 weeks of use, it hasn’t come loose – even with two dogs playing on top of the bed.There is a smell when you unbox this, but it goes away after about 24 hours. The foam expands to full size in much less time. That size is a point of contention for me, though: we have the king size, and when flush to my husband’s side of the mattress edge, there is a nearly 2 inch gap to my edge. Given how thick it is, that both feels and looks annoying.The feel is good and helps us both sleep better. Again, it is on the firm side, but not too firm – it is supportive in a very pleasant way. It is not, however, cooling: I sweat the same amount (if not slightly more) than I did before we put it on the bed. Unfortunately I can attest to whether or not this works because I have night sweats and hot flashes. It does not help me with either.I would say this is a good choice and good value if you are seeking a sturdy firm-ish topper that is very high/deep. It will give us a lot of additional life out of our 10 year old mattress. But I would not call it cooling, and if you are looking for something to actively help with that aspect of your sleep, a mattress topper is probably not the right item.

VERY comfortable and cooling mattress topper
I really like this Mattress Topper. It took a full 48 hours to fully expand.I was a little worried as it expanded because it definitely felt like squishy gel and I thought it might be too soft. But, when I put it on the bed and lay on it, I found it to have a fast rebound and it wasn’t too soft or too firm but JUST right!It fits well and the straps keep it in place. Even while expanding, I never noticed an unpleasant smell.The main thing I was looking for in a mattress topper was breathability and cooling factors. I loved the cool feel of the fabric right away. I use 100% cotton percale weave sheets that are very breathable and the sheets didn’t impact the cooling of the mattress pad at all. All mattresses/toppers will eventually warm due to body heat but this topper really made a difference in the amount of heat. I don’t overheat at all on this topper.I’m a side and stomach sleeper and this topper is perfect. I wake without the muscle soreness caused by my too firm mattress and this topper makes all the difference.I also love that the cover on this topper is removable and washable.Trust me, I have looked at hundred’s of mattress toppers before I tried this one. I know all of the price points and have read all the reviews. Some folks will love a topper that others will hate, I get it. It’s a gamble for sure. But this topper was a sure winner for me!Also, at the current price point of $99.99, this is a GREAT value!

Great support for those with back issues
I picked up one of these recently for my Mom and Dad – who I am the adult caretaker for. My Dad is about to turn 90, with mobility issues, and my mother who is about 75 had major back surgery this year which led me to my new role. The first thing I noticed upon receiving this topper is … my god is it HEAVY in the box. I believe the package weight was about 26 pounds. My folks left it on my porch to pick up and sort out about 2 hours after I left work. The pad itself was incredibly well packaged. The memory foam felt firm, but supple and should provide great back support. The pad is about 3 or so inches thick, and the outer material is silky feeling and very cool to the touch. My folks are people of very few words so when I asked them if they slept well, or if it felt cooler, they hemmed and hawed about it – but I could easily tell by their body language and basic alertness that they both definitely had a good night’s sleep. I think some of these come in what must seem a bit pricey, but compared to my topper, this one was an incredible value for the results. I sleep good on mine, but now I feel like I want one of these on my bed as well. Would highly recommend it to anyone with sleep issues, back problems, or arthritic joints. Nothing beats a good night’s sleep. I have a saying when I get a really fulfilling night’s sleep – “I slept like a dead body.” When you “come to” … you feel like a new human being – that’s the impression I got looking at my folks the first morning after installing this one.
