Multiple ways to call for help

Why do door and window sensors trigger alarms even when they are disarmed?
This is because “Door/Window Open Warning” is turned on, and can be turned off by the following path: Settings->Switch->Door/Window Open Warning->off
Don’t need a password to disarm？
The keypad lock needs to be opened. The keypad lock on the alarm host is off by default and needs to be opened manually, and the initial password of the system is 6666. Path: Settings ->Switch -> Keyboard Lock ->on
Why is it still possible to disarm without a password after turning on the keypad lock?
Adjust the delay time: Settings->Delay->Delay Alarm, set the time to 0. After the adjustment, when you arm, as soon as the arming delay time is over, the keypad will be locked immediately, and you need a password to unlock it.
How do I differentiate between sensors?
Please rename your sensors on the Smart Life APP according to your actual usage to distinguish them.
Door and window sensors alarm when together, not when apart？
Please delete these door sensors and pair them again.
Pair on alarm host: Please click “”Menu””->””Parts””->”Detector”->”Add”.
Please note:Please be in the closed position before pairing. When pairing, please separate them to activate.

Good value for money
It is a great alarm, easy to set up,Loud enough. With lot of functionalities. Also sleek design. I love that it can be controlled from the phone as well. It gives a piece of calmness that home is secure or at least you will be notified when it is not.

Unable to detect any door sensors.
Looks like a simple install but I keep getting communication failure when setting up to my 2.4 wif connection. Sometimes it will connect but when I try to add the door alarms it is unable to find any of the three. The alarms are working as I see the red light blinking. Instructions look a little out of date as some of the pictures do not match what’s on the screen. Tried contacting support, but have not heard back from them, its been three weeks. That’s the problem with buying something from China.

The system works great.Display/HubCompact and easy to mount on wall. Talks in a clear voice. Power connection, external siren, SIM card slot all located on back of unit. Display is clear and is touchscreen.SirenSiren built in to the hub is mild, not ear piercing. However, the external siren is VERY loud.SensorsEasy to install either with tape or screws. Window/door sensors have immediate response time. Motion sensor as well works great with good coverage.Installation/SetupNOT 10 MINUTES. The prep work and setting hub takes a bit of time. You first need to install an app on you smart phone to set up the system. This all in itself takes a while to do. WiFi is easy but takes about 10 minutes.Each sensor has to be paired with the unit. Pairing is easy but again takes time.The power cord is USB, good thick quality but only about 5 feet long.ExpendableThis system comes with 10 window/door sensors, 5 motion sensors and an external siren and 3 remotes with keychains.You can add many more sensors and even pair smoke detectors.It also comes with a panic alarm button you can wall mount or place anywhere.It will work with certain video doorbells. Instructions are not great. Generic app, but works.
It’s a low cost option for security. It is able to send texts using your own SIM card (4G). Once you figure out the instructions you should be able to complete the installation. I’ve had a couple of these types of alarms over the years that became obsolete due to tech advances. Fortunately I was able to pair my existing sensors with this unit. So far so good but time will ultimately tell if this is a worthwhile buy.

Great alarm system
It’s a great alarm system for small home, with a place for sim card. So i don’t need purchase emergency service for a high suscription fee. The function considers different situation makes me feel so safe.

Ok at best
The instruction manual is clear as mud. It was frustrating to program the sensors. It is very difficult to get the app that must be used to work with the router. The router can only be on the 2.4 GHz setting or the system won’t pair. I finally got it to pair with my android, but still can’t get it to pair with my girlfriend’s iPhone. Other than that it’s ok. The customer service people are quick with responses to questions. Overall I would not buy this again.
