Sealy Dreamlife: Where Squishy Meets Sturdy
I’m quite pleased with the Sealy Dreamlife 3” Gel Memory Foam California King Mattress Topper. It offers a very squishy feel that adds a noticeable layer of comfort to my mattress. The cover is well-constructed and feels high quality, with the SealyCool Stretch Knit fabric and corner straps doing a good job of keeping it in place and contributing to overall comfort. It’s a solid addition if you’re looking to enhance your sleep experience.

Mattresses are heavily subjective and personal preference. If you enjoy a soft and memory foam top, this may be a great fit for you.Husband: enjoys how it is soft and a comfortable thick topper. Sinks in and stays there for a restful sleep.Wife: feels as if the support is too soft and unbalanced for heavier body areas causing spine misalignment during sleep. Prefers more support for areas of body impacted by back/neck pain during sleep. Con:sinks in and has difficulty adjusting position in sleep causing sleep disruption.

Not the Depth Advertised
The memory foam material is exactly what I was looking for. However it isn’t even close to 2-inches deep. I guess shrinkflation applies to mattress pads, too. Final expanded depth was slightly over an inch and a half. It’s too much trouble to try and squeeze back into the box and get to UPS to exchange. My guess is I still wouldn’t get a two- inch deep pad anyway. For what these cost, Sealy should give consumers what they are paying for. But it is still comfortable and relieves pressure points.
