never been more comfortable in my sleep
As a side sleeper who absolutely does not have any idea how her neck behaves in her sleep, (always waking up in pain) this thing saved me. It’s so comfortable and takes like 2 seconds to go back to normal after I move my head. Not flat at all! super fluffy and thick, and great quality. I love it!!

Affordable, but lower quality than I expected
I had an adjustable pillow that came with white, soft, shredded foam with fibers. It was super comfortable. When it came time to replace that one, I specifically chose this OAISZ pillow based on the listing photos that show this has white, soft, shredded foam with fibers. Unfortunately, what I received was low quality blue foam chunks with no fibers. The foam has thick, stiff edges that I can feel. While I was filling the pillow with the foam chunks, I noticed the outer pillowcase had stitching unraveling. The pillowcase feels cool at first, but then it heats up. Overall, these are affordable pillows for a set of two. However, they are low quality. The pillow is comfortable enough to sleep on, but I’m disappointed that the filling is not what is shown in the listing photo.UPDATE: The seller reached out to me after I left the above review and proactively offered a refund which I appreciate. I have revised from 3 stars to 4 stars as a result. The product was not for me, but the customer service was outstanding.

10/10 for fluffy supportive pillows
I’ve had these pillows for a little over a year and they still are the same shape and fluffiness as the day I got them. We’ve used them everyday since we got them and today I’m back to purchase a couple more since my son stole one of ours! They offer great softness and amazing adjustable support.

Fishy smell
Very strong fishy smell. I washed the outer pillow cases and put lavender sacks inside the pillow with the filling but the smell remains. It’s strong enough that I can’t use the pillows overnight. The pillows are comfortable but the filling is nothing special or fancy.

My delivery never arrived, yet they showed a pic taken of a package at my address by the delivery guy. It was not my pillows, but a wooden shelf, turned out to be for my roommate. Reported to them no package with my pillows, and they sent them out the very next day. Should say I RECEIVED them the very next day.
