I’ve been using this spray mop from the Vine programme for a couple of weeks and I’ve got to say, it’s been better than expected. The bottle’s easy to fill with your own solution and the spray function actually works without having to pump it too hard. The mop head glides smoothly and the rotation makes it a breeze to get under the table or round awkward corners. I wasn’t sure about the bright purple at first but it’s grown on me. The reusable pads are decent quality too and chucking them in the wash has been no hassle.It’s not quite a miracle worker on dried-on mess, and the handle feels a little lightweight when scrubbing stubborn bits, but for everyday cleaning it’s been spot on. I’ve mainly used it on laminate and tile and it leaves things looking fresh without soaking the floor. Not the sort of thing I’d usually get excited about, but this one has quietly become a regular in the cleaning cupboard. Wouldn’t say no to a second one for upstairs.4 out of 5

This is the mopping-equivalent of a small handheld vacuum cleaner: It stows easily and is always ready to go. It’s proving really indispensable for two reasons:1. I don’t like using a proper mop and bucket on laminate floors because the water gets between the joins and ruins the floor. This can be used to just squirt a little bit of detergent on stubborn marks and then used damp rather than wet.2. A combination of child and dog means our kitchen only ever looks its best for a few minutes after a full mop. This is quick and easy to grab and clean up small marks and spills and avoids having to fully mop the kitchen floor as often (which means moving all the furniture and picking up all the craft debris). It also looks spotless in the meantime.It also includes a brush/comb, which is clipped on to the handle, for dislodging dirt from the head. This is shown in the product details but isn’t mentioned anywhere in the instructions or on the box.The spray bottle is a flexible plastic so should resist cracking and it doesn’t seem to leak or drip at all either during use or while stored.The only downside over a traditional mop and bucket is that the pads get dirty and need changing to avoid just spreading dirt around. Fortunately it comes with 3 pads which are easy to remove and can just be chucked in the washing machine to keep them clean.We did used to have one of these years ago that broke after a particularly violent/bad-tempered mopping session and I’d forgotten how useful it was. Our 11 year old managed to put it together herself without using the instructions and declared that it was “fun” after mopping the kitchen, so that is a win in more ways than one!

I am really happy with this mop! It was super easy to set up – a little strength needed to attach the bottom and pull out the bottle to refill with solution but that’s a positive for me as it suggests it’s durable and little hands won’t be trying to pull it apart. It comes with a cleaning brush on the handle that you can detach and use to remove hair from the pads. It also comes with 3 washable pads which is great for affordable long time use. It does have the clip design if you want to use disposable but I found the pads it came with are good enough to lift muddy paw marks on the tiles and hardwood floor without any damage to the floor. I also didn’t have to apply a massive amount of pressure to lift like previous mops similar to this I’ve had. The height is good enough for me (5’0″ and my partner 6’0″.) When using the spray it doesn’t leak – it does clearly states not to use hot or boiling water or you will cause damage to the spray feature and it does come with instructions which are easy to follow. The only down side is the bottom is a little thicker than I’d hoped – it doesn’t fit underneath the fridge not even the sides which is a shame. The mop pad sticks really well to it, I didn’t have to readjust or re-stick it while using it and the spray feature is nice and easy to squeeze and it doesn’t over wet the floor when you spray. Overall for £15.99 at time of review I would be happy to purchase and recommend this item to other buyers.
