Pleasantly surprised!!
Pleasantly surprised, I didn’t expect such a comfortable and solid chair for the low price. Putting it together was easy, probably took about 30 minutes. I did it myself, so you can do. It lifts up pretty tall as well. I just put it in my office, so I haven’t really spent much time with it, but it looks good, and everything works well. No squeaks, no sound. The screws were perfect, I had everything I needed, there are even extras. If instructions are not included (mine were there), they have provided a link to instructions at the bottom of their page. Easy, pretty, works well.

Don’t let the price fool you! This is a quality chair. I’ve been thru almost every chair on Amazon but this one was a winner! It is sturdy and comfortable. It is easy to assemble and a perfect complement to my desk!

Good chair, screws were not easy to find in the box and some pieces were a pain to put together. Do not do alone like I did! Comfortable.

Awesome Chair for the Cost with Easy to Follow Instructions
This exactly what I wanted from an affordable chair. It’s comfortable for what you’d expect for the price. I’m not saying it’s uncomfortable at all, just saying it’s not going to feel like memory foam on your butt.I’m extremely happy with this purchase, not only for the price, but also with the excellent instructions to assemble the chair. Also, they give you an excellent tool to make installation so much better than just giving you one of those tiny little wrench tools that is shaped like the letter L and is about an inch long. I’m keeping this in my toolbox, it just made the piecing together process 1,000% less annoying!My only complaint is that the instructions are very tiny and would be difficult to read if you had bad eyes. I was able to do it because my eyes aren’t bad (yet) and they label each screw slot with which step that particular screw is for, which should be a standard, in my opinion.(A tip for people who can’t read it: Take a picture with your phone of the instructions and zoom in with your phone on the picture)

Comfortable. Supportive. Comfortable. Easy Assembly.
Easy to assemble (I mean like almost too easy) and very comfortable. It’s been a couple of months now and I don’t regret the purchase at all.I was on the fence between buying the flip up or fixed armrest model, and I’m glad I went with fixed. The fixed armrests seem to add to the strength and stability of the chair and overall build quality. Not being able to compare the two I can’t offer an opinion beyond that.The range and speed of backrest “lean” is perfect. So adjustable. That alone would make me give it 5-stars but that’s not why I did. Hence I discussed it last. Comfort was the key thing for me. I rarely lean back. If I have to lean, I have to leave.The key question is would I buy it again? Yes.

Solid Chair.
It’s very comfy and solid for the price. I did, however, get one gray armrest and one black armrest. Not the end of the world, but kinda weird.

Solid chair, comfortable, but doesn’t roll well.
Chair is comfortable with solid mechanics, but it doesn’t roll very smoothly. It’s not the wheels, as I’ve replaced the wheels from my previous chair that rolled well and it’s the same poor rolling action. Something with how the base is designed.
