It is firm but not too firm
So far so good. I’m 61 yrs old and have lower back pain due to years of working in retail standing on a concrete floor all day. Recently changed jobs and now I’m trying to reverse the effects of standing all day. I have spent 3 night on this 4” topper on top of a 13 yr old mattress. So far I have found it to be comfortable and my back pain is not as bad as it has been over the last few yrs. I would recommend this. It’s not too firm but not too soft either. I put it with the memory foam side up. I may try it with the foam side up, later. But again this is worth the money.

Can’t use it PERIOD!!
I have a twin XL mattress. I ordered a topper for it. It is 5″ longer than my mattress, did not relax flat, it’s bowed, one of thestraps was not sewn on. It does not work.
