Great, low cost mop once you figure out the installation.
The two major drawbacks with this mop are the somewhat confusing instructions, and the misleading product description (it says the mop comes with 2 mop head refills, when it only comes with one). I’ve been using this mop for some heavy duty cleaning, and it’s held up well without any loosening of the handle, or breakage within the mop head or wringing mechanism. I like the cellulose sponge better than other synthetic mop sponges on the market. It’s absorbent and rinses easily for quick cleanups. The wringing lever also works well, without a lot of exertion. I recommend this mop for light industrial or home use.

Hard assembly but works great
Super hard to assemble head onto rollers, but finally figured it out and turns out to be a great squeeze mop. Just watch their video over and over and over!

How Very Sad
How very sad. This product is strong and well made and has the hard-to-find but absorbent cellulose sponge. Moreover it included extra strong head. BUT BUT BUT it is utterly impossible to put together. The instruction, even with a film, are impossible, the plastic so stiff that our hands couldn’t manage it, and there are TWO of us. Once finally we got things moving we could not get it put together to work no matter what we tried. My partner is a guy who is a “There’s-an-answer-and-I-will-find-it” kind of a guy. But after a long day’s journey into night he gave up and we returned it. What a sad thing, because there are almost no cellulose sponge mops out there, and when you find them they have a 12.00 shipping fee. VERY disappointed, to say the least.

Sturdy Sponge
Picture of 3 mop heads is deceiving. It does not come with one already attached and two refills. Mop includes two sponges. Directions say don’t slot from the end when attaching the sponge. That is the only way the sponge will attach! Sponge is sturdy and well made. Directions are poorly stated.

Great Mop for a Grandma
I agree with all the other reviewers that the instructions are difficult to understand and it is VERY hard to get the mop head to snap in. I gave it my best effort, but at 80 years my hands aren’t so strong… So I took it to my son’s house and he got it on the first try. This mop has made my life so much better because it is very effective at cleaning the dust and dirt from my vinyl floors. I fill a square tub with soapy water and I can push it around the floor using the mop without having to lift it. The mechanism to squeeze the water from the sponge works great. I can mop my floors while sitting on my rolling walker because the mop has a customized handle situation and I don’t experience any back strain. The price was great. So glad I took a chance on it.

Inserting the Sponge is Very Easy
Contrary to what others have posted, inserting the sponge is very easy. (See the numbers on the attached picture).1. Unclip the orange bracket from the handle by pushing out on it so it pivots on the screw.2. Move the gray handle forward.3. The gray bracket that holds the sponge will move forward and touch (between) both orange rollers.4. Slide the black bar of the sponge refill between the orange rollers. When you insert the sponge, ensure the side of the sponge’s gray bracket labeled “IN” is actually facing in. Carefully slide this between the corresponding gray bracket on the mop (from step 3), until it hits the stopper (on the “OUT” side of the sponges’s gray bracket) and the sponge is centered in the mop head.5. Clip the orange bracket back onto the sponge handle.(I haven’t used the mop yet, so I’ll update my rating based on how it holds up and how well it performs).

Way better than I expected
Unbelievable deal! I love this mop; strong, big, and so useful. I used to work cleaning the Mall of Georgia and we used mops like this with wooden handles but the handle that is provided is still very strong. The mop head itself is of much higher quality than I expected. Very well sewn together. It’s just wonderful. Thank you for the great deal. Pro tip- wash and dry these in a net bag and it will help prevent it from getting damaged.

We haven’t tried the product yet but be aware that the picture is misleading. It looks like you get three sponges when you only get two!
